After 52 hours of deliberation, 80 year old, Bill Cosby, dodged a potential 10 year prison sentence when the jurors announced (for the third time) they were hopelessly deadlocked and Judge Steve T. O’Neill declared a mistrial. According to the Los Angeles Times, immediately after court, the prosecutors on this case said they would retry Cosby. The judge will attempt to schedule the retrial for sometime within the next 120 days.
